It is always difficult to give a set price for recording, but
everyone wants to have some idea how much they will have to spend on a
project.
The basic rate for studio recording at Big Sky is £30.00 per
hour for recording and mixing. This includes full use of all studio
facilities, but does not include consumables e.g. removable media (hard discs)
or CD masters or demos. Big Sky is always available to assess projects for
budgeting and our experience in this field will enable us to come up with a
fairly accurate time and financial plan for your project.
PA
Every job involving PA equipment has to be assessed and
evaluated individually. Big Sky will be pleased to quote for any project big
or small. The equipment can be hired "dry" or we can provide a qualified and
experienced engineer to set up and operate the equipment for the duration of
the job.
Multi-media Projects
It is almost impossible to give a set scale of charges for
this type of work, but Big Sky will be happy to sit down with you and go
through your project requirements and prepare a best estimate. This service
is free whether or not any further business is forthcoming.
